Making Ownership Meaningful for People with Two Years of Tenure or Less

In this lively session, we'll explore strategies for introducing ownership from day one and cultivating it over the first 30 days, 90 days, and six months of tenure. We'll delve into sharing resources effectively, teaching ownership principles, and assessing understanding. Through self-reflection and collaborative discussions, participants will develop a personalized ownership experience timeline/map to implement with new hires, fostering engagement and accountability from the start. Get ready for a productive and fun session where we'll leverage our different strengths and interests to create impactful learning experiences.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will learn how to introduce ownership to new hires within the first week and build upon it over the course of their first 30 days, 90 days, and 6 months.
  2. Attendees will explore effective strategies for teaching ownership principles and assessing comprehension to ensure meaningful understanding among new hires.
  3. By the end of the workshop, participants will create a personalized ownership experience timeline/map to utilize with new hires at their company, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
